Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Accounting Data Entry and Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct-hire, full-time position that requires a person able to handle high-volume data entry, including wire processing, and other financial management tasks.
Responsibilities
As an Accounting Data Entry and Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Daily and periodic reporting
- On-line banking
- Trust accounting (receipts, voids, stop pays)
- Bank wire process
- Accounts Payable
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong computer skills and aptitude
- Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills
- Ability to perform well under heavy workload and strict deadlines
- Focus on Customer/Co-Employee Service
- Team player with sound organizational skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
