Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate - Customer Service Expert, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting every customer with a smile and making eye contact to create a positive first impression
• Acknowledging every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to let them know you'll be right with them
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
• Helping customers with returns and exchanges, using best intentions and apologizing for any inconvenience
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate our point-of-sale system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Cash handling experience
• Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
