Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system, while also participating in various research studies and focus groups
- Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Complete tasks and micro-tasks as assigned by our research team
- Utilize your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete studies and tasks
- Maintain a stable internet connection and webcam for video conferencing
- Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research participation
- Collaborate with our research team to ensure high-quality data entry and research participation
Requirements:
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and studies
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with data entry software and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours and schedules
