Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Residential HVAC and Plumbing Services

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians. Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. You'll also perform daily duties such as maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.
Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintain accurate records in our customer database (Service Titan)
- Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
- Route technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
