Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry in Gainesville, VA

As a key member of our dispatch team, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Job Role:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone calls from customers to schedule service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle high call volumes with professionalism and courtesy
- Accurately document customer information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate with customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (1 year minimum)
- Ability to type 70 wpm with high accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
