Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Fielding important calls from customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service

• Scheduling appointments and organizing sales calls
• Dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
• Entering data and prioritizing services using our computer program
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer experience
• Providing solutions to customer complaints and concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience in the home service industry
