Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant - Data Validation & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for closely reviewing data and source documents prior to data entry, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities

* Closely review data and source documents prior to data entry to ensure accuracy and integrity

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data and source documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and validation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data management and entry processes
  • Develop and implement efficient data management and entry procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and validation, preferably in a similar role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with data management and entry software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data management and entry software and systems, such as CRM and ERP

  • Knowledge of data validation and quality control procedures
  • Certification in data entry and validation, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
