Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to help them achieve their goals

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance our customer experience and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics, including satisfaction ratings and response times
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service leadership, preferably in the HVAC/Plumbing industry

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on driving process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
