Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving team is equipped with the resources and support they need to deliver top-notch care. Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregiving team is equipped with the resources and support they need to deliver top-notch care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chat employment leads, including candidate information and application status
  • Collaborate with our caregiving team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of employment leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their families, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregiving team, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our employment lead management processes

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as human resources, recruitment, or caregiving

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our caregiving team and clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a caregiving or healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Certification in human resources or a related field
  • Experience with chat employment lead management systems
