A Day in the Life
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your days will be filled with:
- Managing the lifecycle of a product with significant impact on our social media contact handling strategy
- Defining customer problems, experiences, and long-term strategies
- Owning the product roadmap and feature priorities to deliver the right product solution
- Clearly communicating requirements from diverse customer sets to influence technical priorities and business strategy
- Contributing to business reviews and communicating effectively with technical teams and leadership audiences
- Mitigating risks and helping reduce product exposure to failure modes
- Influencing teams to eliminate problems that stifle innovation or cause customer dissatisfaction
- Hiring, mentoring, and developing others
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product roadmaps and feature priorities
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, leadership audiences, and customers to ensure alignment and understanding
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch
- Develop and manage product budgets and resource allocation
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)
- 5+ years of product or program management experience, with a focus on customer-centricity and business growth
- Proven track record of owning and driving product roadmaps and feature priorities
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including development, testing, and launch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as the e-commerce industry as a whole
- Experience with agile development methodologies and lean principles
- Certification in product management or a related field (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
