Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via online chat and messaging platforms, responding to inquiries, and offering assistance
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and addressing them in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary
