Job Description
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective communication, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries via email and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications:

- Proficiency in email and chat software, including CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
