Job Description

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our patients, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and efficient service at the pharmacy counter, including processing prescriptions, handling cash and credit transactions, and answering customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrating arenaflex's service traits, including offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, and more

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Prior work experience in a pharmacy or retail environment, preferably with arenaflex
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately process prescriptions and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with arenaflex's pharmacy systems and software

  • Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues who speak different languages
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
