Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. - Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Reliable high-speed internet connection, ensuring seamless connectivity and communication. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of success. - Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk. - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a passion for staying current on industry trends and developments. - Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM).
