Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant – Full Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining our databases by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, ensuring that all necessary details are included
  • Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve any data entry issues or discrepancies
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and best practices related to data entry and customer service
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to the relevant teams

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Strong Excel skills:

You should be proficient in using Excel to perform data entry, data analysis, and data visualization tasks.

Strong oral and written communication skills:

You should be able to communicate effectively with our team, customers, and stakeholders through phone, email, and other digital channels.

Consistent history of attendance and punctuality:

You should be able to commit to a long-term contract and maintain a consistent attendance record, ensuring continuity of coverage for our customers and stakeholders.

Data entry experience:

You should have at least one year of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data entry principles, procedures, and best practices.

Flexibility and adaptability:

You should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and requirements.

Attention to detail:

You should be meticulous in your work, ensuring that all data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Experience with CRM software:
