Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on outbound calls to students of our clients
  • Providing clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
  • Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
  • Updating records with current demographic and contact information, and accurately notating all interactions
  • Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
  • Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • A self-starter mentality, with a high degree of internal motivation and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and provide technical support to customers

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

Training and Development
