Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist on our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll work closely with multicultural teams distributed worldwide, leveraging your analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to drive success. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
- Collaborate with multicultural teams to drive success and achieve our goals
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
