Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Work-From-Home

In this role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the country.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. You'll also be responsible for selling new products and services, upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Managing customer accounts and profiles + Processing customer payments and transactions + Resolving customer complaints and issues + Providing product and service information to customers

  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure they understand the value and benefits
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
  • Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including but not limited to:

+ Customer satisfaction ratings + First call resolution rates + Sales and revenue targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to:

+ Sales teams to upsell and cross-sell products and services + Technical teams to resolve technical issues and provide product information + Management teams to discuss customer issues and provide feedback

Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales and revenue targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
