Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Communication: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Problem-Solving: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Request Fulfillment: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Data Tracking: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling: Upsell if required.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age: Be at least 18 years old.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Typing Speed: Type at least 25 words per minute.
  • PC Operation: Be proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Independence: Be able to work independently.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Composure: Be able to stay composed and objective.
  • Listening Skills: Possess strong listening skills.
