  • Full Time Employment: Commit to 40 hours of work per week and enjoy a stable work environment.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our business hours, Monday – Sunday, 24/7.
  • Competitive Pay: Start at $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan.
  • Shift Differential: Earn an extra $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 6PM- 6AM, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.
  • Incentive Plan: Meet performance metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) to earn up to an additional $350 per month.

What You’ll Do

* Efficiently Manage High-Volume Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

  • Active Listening and Clear Communication: Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate information, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Access Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • Process Transactions: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision.
  • Communicate with Empathy: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain In-Depth Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
  • Support Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

Required Qualifications

* Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Customer Service Experience: Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
  • Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Camera Requirements: Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training.
  • Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
  • Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment.
  • Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous Call Center Experience: 1+ years of previous call center experience.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including location, experience, and performance.
