Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative for Titleist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to online customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Sharing your passion for Titleist products and the game of golf with customers, helping them to find the perfect products to meet their needs
• Using primarily Titleist golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Familiarity with the Titleist site and any related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Maintaining the core values of the Titleist tradition, including a commitment to continuous improvement, performance, and quality excellence

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a deep knowledge of Titleist products and their applications
• In-depth knowledge of current and past Titleist products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications
• Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all Titleist products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, performance, and quality excellence, in line with the Titleist tradition

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
• A stable internet connection, with a minimum of 10mbps
• Reliable sound output, either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets
