Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our guests' expectations. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, taking orders, assembling meals, and providing top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Take orders in the drive-thru and process payments efficiently
- Assemble meals and deliver them to customers in a timely manner
- Clean the dining room and maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service and meet customer expectations
Essential Qualifications
* 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly around the restaurant
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in high-pressure situations
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-food or retail environment
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
