Your Mission with Us
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through our chat platform to provide solutions, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate with our onboarding, sales, and tech support teams to ensure a seamless experience. Your primary goal will be to reduce churn, increase conversion from signup to subscribe, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle chats and directly assist customers with their queries and concerns - Provide solutions to customers' problems and escalate issues when necessary - Collaborate with onboarding, sales, and tech support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience - Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Demonstrate value to customers and provide support to ensure their satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success or other strategic client-facing roles - Experience with Intercom or similar chat platforms - Experience with Jira is a plus - Prefer some startup experience, especially in B2B SaaS and/or Real Estate - Tech-savvy and detail-oriented approach - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
