Property Manager/ Licensed Realestate Agent

• Conduct property showings, lease negotiations, and contract signings with prospective tenants
• Work with home owners and investors to help them buy and sell their investments.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-Tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs, and other relevant legal standards
• Maintain accurate data entry of tenant information, lease agreements, and property records using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor property condition and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades
• Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants to enhance occupancy rates and revenue streams
• Manage tenant onboarding and move-out procedures with professionalism and attention to detail
• Valid Florida Real estate license in accordance with local regulations
• Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
• Experience in sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities
