As an Account Manager/Customer Service professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing multiple service accounts for dental practices, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met
- Developing positive business relationships with clients through regular communication, updates, and education on insurance participation and options
- Overseeing account progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and meeting client expectations
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
- Learning and staying up-to-date on arenaflex's knowledge base of dental insurance in-network participation and reports
- Providing clear and concise explanations of insurance options and their impact on clients' businesses
- Working closely with an assigned assistant to complete tasks and ensure account success
- *Qualifications**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:
- Previous office/computer work experience, with a strong understanding of Google Drive or Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to learn and absorb new information quickly

As a new Account Manager/Customer Service professional, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success. This includes:
- Online courses and on-camera/screens share training to learn arenaflex's knowledge base and systems
- Peer assistance and support from experienced team members
- Regular check-ins and virtual meetings to ensure seamless communication and teamwork

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy:
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.38, with opportunities for increases based on performance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including:
+ 3 weeks (15 days) PTO, accrued + Paid holidays, including MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after, and Christmas Eve through New Year's Day + Full paid medical benefits (Cigna PPO) with robust supplemental offerings for dental, vision, and telehealth
- Flexible schedule after initial training, with the ability to set your own schedule within normal business hours (M-F)
