  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Agent on our 2nd shift, you'll be responsible for handling emergency tire breakdowns and other tire service requests from commercial fleet customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting breakdown information from commercial truck drivers and dispatching road service to tire dealerships across the US and Canada
  • Verifying information, troubleshooting problems, and tracking all communications
  • Multitasking with precision, making decisions quickly, and remaining courteous while handling multiple streams of communication
  • Providing exceptional customer service, putting the customer first, and collaborating as a team to resolve issues
  • Working independently, making quick decisions, and taking ownership of your work
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to comprehend online learning and retain new knowledge, policies, and account updates
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer and internet issues
  • Clear phone voice and excellent written communication skills
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace in the home, free from background noises and distractions
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One+ year experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Residency in one of our authorized states: AR, IN, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, or WI
  • *Technical Requirements**

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Reliable and stable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 mbps download speed and 5 mbps upload speed
  • PC or laptop with a processor with CPU Mark greater than 3000 on Passmark, 8GB or more RAM, and Windows 11 operating system
  • Wired analog or USB headset with built-in microphone, external keyboard and mouse, webcam, and dual monitors
  • Smartphone capable of downloading Microsoft Teams for communication with manager in case of internet outage, power outage, or computer issues

  • *Schedule and Pay**

As a 2nd shift Customer Support Agent, you'll work a fixed schedule, with specific shifts discussed during your interview. You'll be required to work weekends, with wages dependent on the specific hours you're on the clock. Our shift premium information is as follows:

  • $15.00/hr during 1st shift hours (Monday-Friday 7am-3pm)
  • Additional $0.50/hr for 2nd shift hours (Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm)
  • Additional $1.00/hr for 3rd shift hours (Monday-Friday 11pm-7am)
  • Additional $1.00/hr for weekend hours worked (Saturday-Sunday)
