Compensation (Transparent & Performance-Driven)
- Base salary up to $320K
- Attorney’s fees participation + KPI bonuses
- 15% referral bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Handle plaintiff-side employment matters (wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination)
- Own cases from intake through resolution
- Lead depositions, mediations, and negotiations
- (For senior hires) Mentor associates and help scale the team
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience (California)
- Ability to independently manage and drive cases
- Trial experience is a huge plus
- Leadership mindset (for partner-track candidates)
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$130,000 – $320,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
