Job Summary

As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Customer Feedback team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications and tools that collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and product management, to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy customer-facing applications, internal tools, and supporting frameworks on all OS platforms (macOS, iOS, and visionOS)

• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive projects toward completion and ensure high-quality releases
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
• Adopt new technologies and continually refine our logic to improve the overall quality and performance of our software products
• Develop and maintain internal tools to manage content, membership, and configuration of our various beta programs
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of our codebase
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

* Adept at object-oriented programming and design with macOS or iOS

• Experience with projects built using Objective-C and/or Swift
• UI implementation experience with AppKit, UIKit, and/or SwiftUI
• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced and informal environment, and able to respond to changing priorities quickly and efficiently

• Experience with GraphQL APIs a plus
• Familiarity with backend development a plus
• Passionate for the customer experience and for shipping quality software
• Enjoys software design, technical challenges, testing, and problem solving
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

* Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and testing

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:

• Base pay: $135,400 - $250,600 per year, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location
