Your Core Responsibilities
As an experienced live chat agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping customers with common questions about orders, product information, tracking, and subscriptions using saved responses and a browser-based dashboard. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responding to live customer chat inquiries quickly and clearly - Assisting with order updates, tracking information, account changes, and general product support - Using built-in templates and workflows to resolve most issues - Escalating billing or technical problems through internal support ticketing - Accurately summarizing each conversation for quality assurance tracking - Maintaining calm, helpful communication—even when handling multiple chats
