The Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, using your knowledge of our clients' products and services
• Escalating complex issues to senior support teams as needed
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours (see below)

Availability

* Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and early mornings (see below)

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday: 5am - 7pm Pacific Time

• Saturday: 7am - 7pm Pacific Time
• Sunday: 7am - 6pm Pacific Time
