About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Marketing and Business Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and enhancing our operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use data analysis tools to investigate data, perform basic statistical analysis, identify insights, and create essential reports. Utilize visualization tools to present data and drive business decisions.
Customer Experience:
Develop and execute customer communication and education programs in stores. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and preferences. Ensure the quality and accuracy of product page content, adhering to scientific categorization rules.
Planning and Decision-Making:
Support category management by tracking performance against financial targets. Create sales reports that analyze sub-category performance against overall business results. Uphold decisions on planning at the sub-category level or below. Collaborate with planners/business experts to determine financial plans and stock purchase amounts.
Promotions and Highlights:
Create and execute approved recommendations for features across stores and online channels. Develop themes for monthly category features. Uphold decisions on suggested measured methodologies.
Measurement and Collection:
Support the execution of isolated design standards for a category, along with the sales team. Uphold walkthrough execution, possess vital changes based on post-walkthrough analysis, and make suggestions. Uphold decisions on corporate amounts of committed-purchase and allocated items and amounts to be shared.
Category Organization:
Support suppliers with the goal of resolving provider issues and support the arrangement of new suppliers for stores and online. Obtain missing, item-related data from suppliers or wholesalers to ensure items are accurately set up. Uphold movement planning, store stages of preparation, and store communications.
Business Execution:
Support the execution of strategies and activities by identifying client and functional needs. Create and communicate field-tested strategies and needs. Eliminate barriers and impediments that affect execution. Provide resources Recognize execution principles. Measure progress and adjust execution accordingly. Create alternative courses of action. Exhibit adaptability and support continuous learning.
Vital Business Support:
Execute key business strategies and communication stages by overseeing cross-functional drives that affect store and corporate processes. Oversee marketing projects and drives, client and company communications, and partner training content. Make proposals for system support improvements. Suggest stock needs. Provide insight to senior management and other colleagues on major questions and opportunities to drive the business. Interpret stock methodologies for allocated offices into executable projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Education:
Currently enrolled in a Four-year certification program
Skills:

Experience:
