Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving complex customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary.
  • Help explain contract details and provide clear and concise information to customers.
  • Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with management and co-workers to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Key to Success

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication).

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees.
  • General computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Available for immediate full-time work (remote).
  • Passion for customer service and quality work.
  • Must be focused, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
