Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls, resolving complex customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
• Handle high volumes of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary.
- Help explain contract details and provide clear and concise information to customers.
- Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts.
- Collaborate with management and co-workers to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
Key to Success
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal communication).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees.
- General computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- Available for immediate full-time work (remote).
- Passion for customer service and quality work.
- Must be focused, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
