The Role

As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing product information in real-time. Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in meaningful interactions with customers through live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries

  • Handle incoming live chat inquiries on websites and social media platforms, linking to products and sharing discount codes as needed
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a consistent customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses

Requirements:

* Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of managing social media and website chat functionalities

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
  • Reliable internet connection for uninterrupted work
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and provide helpful customer service
  • Capacity to manage multiple chats simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not necessary
