Your Role

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, while also providing a positive and personalized experience. Your key strengths will include:

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic English proficiency required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
