Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Entering data into various systems, databases, records, and files with high accuracy and speed
- Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Summarizing data for standardized reports and ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date
- Typing data directly and accurately, with minimal errors
- Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
- Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with minimal guidance and support
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage and analyze data
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk
- 1 year of experience in Excel and filing systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
