Responsibilities
As a Gaming Attendant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and making them feel at home
- Answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, ensuring a positive experience for our guests
- Responding to comments and concerns in a timely and courteous fashion
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 19 years of age
- To be able to work nights and weekends, as needed
- A friendly and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
- Proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly address customer concerns
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures
