Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As an Experienced Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for clients, building trust and confidence in our business
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your professionalism and enthusiasm
- Fostering a proactive and helpful approach to resolving customer needs, utilizing active listening skills to determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly

Key Qualifications and Skills
