Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with Apple products and services

  • Knowledge of technical concepts, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
