Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with arenaflex's customers to assist with 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal, and injection molding projects
- Learn how to work with customers by email and over the phone, understand project requirements, generate quotes, and communicate changes that need to be made using internally developed tools
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's manufacturing services and solutions, including design for manufacturability for eight 3D printing processes, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and injection molding
- Work closely with arenaflex's engineering team to resolve customer inquiries and provide expert support
- Utilize arenaflex's advanced simulation software to proactively detect problems and improve product quality
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer experiences and services
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Proficiency in computer software, including email, phone, and internally developed tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, or manufacturing) preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in manufacturing, 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, or injection molding
- Knowledge of design for manufacturability principles and practices
- Familiarity with advanced simulation software and its applications in manufacturing
