Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging directly with business owners and customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services that meet their requirements
- Utilizing customer service and sales techniques to educate customers about new wireless and internet technology solutions, ensuring they stay ahead of the competition
- Building lasting relationships with business owners and customers to ensure continued satisfaction even after delivery of their new products, fostering a loyal customer base
- Collaborating with the Customer Care Representative and sales team to strategize and achieve increased sales and customer acquisition margins, driving business growth
- Providing exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues that our customers may have, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
