As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions
- Working with our food program and other in-store initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
Key Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- A passion for customer service and sales
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail and customer service experience (an asset)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Previous sales associate or cashiering experience
- Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals

Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
