Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including:
- Collaborating with business clients to conduct needs analysis and provide high-quality technical solutions
- Ensuring that solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental standards
- Managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Serving as a resource to facilitate effective communication between business and innovation groups
- Participating in system and acceptance testing
- Extending your work scope to meet the needs of group projects
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fundamental knowledge of data security and risk relief standards, theories, and strategies
- Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (desirable)
- Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk and Compliance (GRC) (desirable)
- Essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (desirable)
- Major understanding of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders (desirable)
- Fundamental knowledge of technical environments (desirable)
- Openness to Agile philosophies (desirable)
- Coursework or experience related to network security (desirable)
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
- Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year (desirable)
- Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition (desirable)
- Ability to work in a culture that is open, direct, conscious, gracious, and empathetic
- Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
