Position Summary
As a Remote Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat. You'll assist customers with a range of issues, from login problems and billing inquiries to subscription changes and technical troubleshooting. Using our proprietary scripts and workflows, you'll provide accurate and empathetic support that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with account access, billing, and subscription management

* Document interactions and escalate complex issues to ensure seamless resolution
