Job Summary:
We're looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to work as 10 Key Data Entry Specialists in a remote setting. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our databases using a 10-key pad by touch. Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using a 10-key pad by touch. - Verify data by comparing it to source documents. - Update existing data and maintain data logs. - Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested. - Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation. - Ensure data confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position. - Excellent typing speed and accuracy (10,000 keystrokes per hour or more). - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity. - Good organizational and time management skills.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
