Job Overview
As a Customer Service Associate at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing returns and pickups, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery
- Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
- Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing of packages
- Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week

* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and using carts, dollies, and other gear.
