Responsibilities
As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims with precision and professionalism.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
- Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working closely with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service.
- Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred).
- Active P&C License – you're a licensed insurance professional!
- Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued.
- Insane attention to detail – you catch what others miss.
- Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
