Job Summary

As a Data Entry - Audit Intake Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for entering data from various sources into our computer system, identifying client and patient matches, and resolving discrepancies in information. Key Responsibilities

* Preparing and sorting documents for data entry

• Manipulating and deduplicating Excel lists
• Identifying client and patient matches within our computer system
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Reporting directly to the Audit Intake Supervisor
• Completing Data Entry of all requests
• Recording any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
• Identifying and accurately classifying each request
• Upholding arenaflex's values by following our C.R.A.F.T. principles

Requirements

* Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
• Ability to work under time constraints

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with database software and data management systems
• Knowledge of audit and compliance procedures
• Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
