Role Description

As a Customer Service Manager with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for generating exceptional leadership and client experiences that drive the growth of our successful insurance agency. Your accountability, attention to detail, sales, and customer service skills, combined with your desire to help people, make you an ideal fit for this role. You'll have the opportunity to enhance your career while resolving complex customer inquiries, coordinating and leading other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of our agency's goals and the team members you support.

Responsibilities

* Report directly to the Agency Owners

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Account Managers and the Director of First Impressions (DOFI)
  • Oversee the Account Managers and their daily operations
  • Develop and implement Account Managers policies and procedures
  • Handle escalated customer complex issues
  • Train and mentor Team Members individually and collectively
  • Be accountable and rewarded for results

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to Account Managers and Team Members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Customer Service and Support: Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor Team Members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-Driven Performance: Be accountable for results and drive business growth through sales, customer service, and leadership.

Qualifications

* Property and Casualty License: Must have prior to consideration

  • Life and Health License: Must have prior to consideration
  • Insurance Agency Experience: Proven experience working in an insurance agency environment
  • Proven Managerial, Sales, and Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, sell, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong Leadership Courage and Organizational Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and organize team members to achieve business goals
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
