Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services to deliver accurate information and provide exceptional support.
  • Recording and documenting all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction, sharing feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment, with a proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. We're looking for individuals with a genuine passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service.
  • A willingness to embrace a new lifestyle in Greece, with a flexible and open-minded approach to cultural differences.
