Position Overview

As a work from home chat agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer experience team, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through clear, structured chats and emails. You'll work independently, using your skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer chats and email support tickets in a timely and professional manner

• Help users recover accounts, update billing, redeem loyalty rewards, and understand platform features through clear and concise messaging
• Use saved replies and internal workflows to resolve issues quickly and consistently
• Escalate complex or technical issues to senior support teams when necessary
• Document case notes clearly and follow structured ticket tagging standards to ensure seamless support

• Minimum 15 hours per week commitment to ensure consistent support and growth opportunities

Training Timeline

* 2-hour self-paced onboarding course to get you familiar with our platform and processes

• Chat/email simulation exercises to practice your skills and build confidence
• First monitored shift with QA support to ensure you're meeting performance targets
• Begin paid live shifts within 3–5 days of onboarding to get you started on your remote career
